Lipstick Plant Not Doing Well

Lipstick plant not doing well. Can anyone help me. It is about 3 or 4 years old and has not had one bloom yet. Carefully remove the lipstick plant from its present container and inspect the roots for wrapping. Others tell me their plants bloom constantly.
The lipstick plant grows well in warm and humid areas. Their long trailing stems make the plants excellent for hanging baskets or placing them on a shelf. I have had it for almost 3 years now and have not repotted it. Thriving in fertile well draining soil and humid conditions.
I water all my plants with my water from my fish tanks so i figure that is why it is an early bloomer this. At 65 f the plant will survive but not thrive which greatly limits the number of flowers that it can produce. More details in comments. I did trim it back after it quit blooming last year and put the cuttings back into the pot.
My lipstick plant has been blooming since january. Lipstick plants originally grow in damp forest soil so the best potting soil for them is one mixed with sphagnum that is kept moist but not soggy. Pleasingly the lipstick plant is also easy to grow and care for. Lipstick plants like high humidity and can grow in different lighting conditions.
These plants do best in bright indirect light positions. The ideal temperature for growing it ranges of from around 70 85 f. What am i doing wrong. You do not want to plant too deep or problems with rot can occur.
Set the lipstick plant in the new container adding or removing soil so it will be growing at the same height it is presently. They also require minimal watering only when the soil begins to dry out. I have a lipstick plant. My plant looks very healthy and is growing well.
The lipstick plant aeschynanthus radicans is a flowering houseplant with bright red flowers and shiny green leaves these tropical plants are easy to care for because they grow well in indoor environments. I dipped them in rooting hormone. New growth turns brown and falls off. African violet potting mix combined with crushed charcoal is a good commercially available mix for lipstick plants.
